Sacred Hunt: Spend 1 Essence. Reflexively roll perception. If successful you get to know the prey's highest combat-related skill and how many dots they have in it and any relevant specialties. This also applies to anyone protecting your prey. On an exceptional find out if they have any combat-related powers and merits (with vague descriptions).

If scaring a mortal personally and through their own actions they may roll Pres+Intim v. Resolve to inflict the Awestruck condition.

Ban: Not frightening a mortal that has seen something supernatural or professed of such a sight.
Sacred Hunt: When in a contested chase with their chosen prey they aggravate the target's failures. The prey's failures become dramatic failures. If they should suffer from a dramatic failure they instead take all of the effects of a normal dramatic failure in a chase.
