Overview

Former Harpy of Sin City, Former Prince of Sin City, Former Oracle of the Circle. One of the Nigh Infamous on the west coast Bellecourt Twins. Daeva and proud of it. Hedonistic and proud of it. Artist and proud of it. Actually she maybe just goes a little heavy on the pride. It's bad. But it's usually only placed where she can back it up at least.

Cumani and Kumanhi were twins born to the Bellecourt family of Clark County Nevada about the same year that the city of Las Vegas was founded. Their parents, Althea and Theodore Bellecourt raised them in a palatial mansion in the wilderness that would eventually become Summerlin around their overgrown house. Theodore's grandfather made the family's initial fortune off of Government Sponsored railroads, which he built as few of as possible as cheaply as possible while pocketing the money on the down low. The family fortune only grew when Prohibition came, and they got heavily involved in bootlegging. And then once the Great Stock Market disaster happened, further with investment in the stock market and shares in various local breweries as the city grew.

The Twins were Embraced at 18, on All Hallow's Eve. After their mother had gone missing for three days, she showed up mad with hunger and fear to find Cumani sitting on a couch smoking a cigarette and attacked her. Cumani's cries summoned her brother to help her, and they were both subsequently nearly drained dry by the panicky neonate form of their mother, Embraced by a Daeva passing through enamored of the woman's beauty and talent for singing. Terrified of killing her children on accident, she Embraced them both on the spot, leaving herself weak and nearly bloodless as a result. Around this time their father arrived home to find both children laying covered in blood and seemingly dead and his wife back and covered in their children's blood. In a rage, he shot her on the spot. And in turn became the first meal the Twins shared in Death.

Three years after their Embrace, the first stoplight came to the city. Along with the first real presence of another vampire. An Elder of the Lancea Sanctum who established Praxis by driving the Twins with their Pagan ways into hiding. Where they stayed for nearly 80 years, until the Lance was Overthrown by another, and they established Praxis in turn on Mother's Day of 2017, even Embracing a Childe of her own for the first time. It was not long after that when tragedy struck. She lost not only the vampire she was going to be married to, but also her use of blood magick in short order from one another when the first sent her mad with grief into the events which led into the second.
