Silvia White is a tourist. She's from Australia, she's not been in Chicago for very long, and she's seeing the sights while she got a part time job as a line order cook at a local diner. She's kind of crude, very mouthy, and tend to not be afraid to tell just about anyone what she really thinks. She talks to herself a lot.
She's also a werewolf, A Storm Lord Ithaeur, and has a lot to say about Spirits and Claimed. She's not made much of a splash amongst the local wolves or the Accords yet, and has largely considered the Accords irrelevant until very recently.

Harlow - She has some weird fuckin' ideas, and I think she'll be disappointed to learn most of what she's looking for are just mouthy fucking spirits being fucking weird.
