Plots

This is some custom code based around the idea that sometimes someone has more ideas than they can feasibly ST, or the desire to ST but no ideas. It's another way help support people in running PRPs. Typical PRPs rewards are 2 beats for the players, and 3 beats for the ST. +Plots give an additional beat to the PRP runner and the ST, as they are pre-approved and there to be run.

Sometimes, they might be to help tie some loose threads or add some weight to a larger plot, sometimes players pitch ideas and the idea gets added.

When you claim a +plot to ST it, it auto-generates a +request and displays a secret that is not seen on +plots. This keeps the secrets secret, but also keeps people from just +plot/claiming and peeking secrets and putting them back without us knowing. Not all secrets MUST be used, but typically they're going to be in-line with theme and are designed to present a challenge to the players.

There are 4 attributes, plus the secret.

Plot Name - Pretty self-explanatory, please use this name for the scenes run. And if it runs into more than one scene, please label them as Name - Scene# so we know which order to read them in.

Payout: Often just xp with the +plots bonus. Sometimes coins, sometimes there's +resources, sometimes access to gear.

Risk: How hard and dangerous this should be. It's scaled similarly to the grid so the stats should 'feel' familiar. Low is a cakewalk or no violence, moderate is a fair chance of being hurt, high is odds are good everyone will get hurt, and extreme means you need your brown or red trousers.

Claimed: This is just who has claimed it, so if you poke the +plots, you know who to get a hold if it strikes your fancy.

Pitching a +plot:

This can be as simple as paging staff and running it by them and offering it as something for +plots. Or tossing in a +request. Suggesting risk and payout is also welcome. Or we may add our spice to it, sort of depends on how well t fits into theme or what's going on at the time with plots.

Pitching a +plot and then grabbing it to ST for the extra beats will be met with much :| We try to be pretty laid back, but attempting to loophole/squeeze/abuse the systems we have to help promote PRPs and players ST'ing is very much frowned on.
