Description
This woman is liberally doused in some old-time glamour. She looks like a 1950s movie star, stepped right off the big screen. First of all, there is her face. Delightfully proportioned, with a slightly pointed chin, and dimples that come and go as she smiles. Her eyebrows are strong, her lips full, and her eyes are a pale, pale brown, like the colour of almonds in a Christmas nut mix. Her hair is so blonde as to be nearly white, and is styled into an artfully dishevelled mop that is absolutely intended to look like it has never been styled at all. The effect is as if Marilyn Monroe had just stepped out of the screen of "The Seven Year Itch."
Her voice is delicious throwback as well. She has a warm Georgia drawl, but with upper class vowels. She's every inch the Southern Belle. Her figure is... lush. She is not overweight, but she has a lot of curves, and clearly knows how to use them. She does not walk. She sashays. "Like jello on springs." She has confidence. She knows she is likely to draw attention, and she does everything in her power to ensure it happens.
History
 Penelope was born into the incredibly wealthy and influential de Villiers family of Brunswick, Georgia. She had a supremely privileged childhood, with the best money could buy: private tutors, deb ball, her own ponies... the whole package. However, a chance meeting with an older and strangely captivating man while on vacation one summer changed her life. Her obsession with him turned into undying loyalty... in a very literal sense. Since 1975, she has been his constant and utterly devoted companion. She has used her wealth and connections to forge her own little empire, all to service his every need. She has fingers in some surprising pies, and while she might play the part of a rather airheaded young woman who is doting on her sugardaddy, she is anything but stupid. Her skills at manipulating those around her are quite fearsome, and she has a tenacity that almost always ensures that she gets what she wants - and she has no compunction at all about destroying the lives of those who have the temerity to stand in her way.
