Short dark curls fluff high over his head, kept largely tamed over the depths of deep, dark eyes. His skin is warm-toned, olive-dark but with a golden undertone that keeps him from ever being entirely leeched of warmth. Strong dark brows loan more expressiveness to his eyes, while the strong angles of his face whisper of an artist's sculpt. He is tall, reedy and lean, spare of muscle, a little unfinished-looking, or maybe just a little underfed. Miel grew up wealthy and irresolute, without ambition. He coasted on the desires of others, directed by his parents. His family broke and rebroke but in wealthy ways about which he feels unentitled to angst. He went to law school and underperformed, drank too much, and vanished into the Hedge, where he became a Playmate to a Keeper who used him as a living statue until he ultimately was out of fashion and was carelessly discarded. Wracked by failure, Miel has come to understand his deepest needs are for freedom of his own will and the ability to be wanted and needed for himself and what he can do ... whatever that is. A good listener who is genuinely invested in the problems of other people as a way of escaping his own. TBD
