Lorenzo

Lorenzo appears to be in his late twenties to early thirties with dark hair that always seems just a little bit windblown and hazel eyes whose hue seems to shift in different lighting. He is a toned and fit 6'3" tall and tends to dress toward the casual side in jeans and t-shirts or layers when the weather is cooler. He almost always carries a cell phone out and often uses it to communicate with a digitized voice. He's never heard speaking, himself. Lorenzo was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He developed a fascination with animals as a young child visiting the Birch aquarium at the UC San Diego Scripps Institute of Oceanography and attended several youth programs there as well as did internships there throughout his highschool career. When he was 18, he moved to Los Angeles for college. He graduated with a degree in Marine Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and took part in a number of research programs out at sea, getting the opportunity to travel around the world for several years while working on his Masters. He then proceeded to get his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with a focus on aquatic creatures. He has recently moved to Chicago to work on research and the care of the aquatic life at the Shedd Aquarium.
OOC Note: Lip reading is very difficult. It's extremely difficult in group situations. Lorenzo can only pay attention to the back and forth of so many people at once. I'm not OOCly ignoring you in a scene if he can't keep up with everyone. Feel free to page if you think I as a player might have missed something that he should have noticed -- particularly if it's a visual cue and not an auditory one.
