Raven and Lilith as ST

8 May, 2022

Tillo questioning Raven about John.

It's late, post-bouncer shift and just at the outer edges of the Community Center's lot when a figure shrouded in dark cloth approaches. Pale, femme-seeming, the form under the cloth doesn't seem -right-, the way she moves is ungainly and a little slow, though there is no sense of grand mass hidden away. "Good evening. Your presence has been requested by Prince Tillo."

Raven is just getting ready for some good sleep and rubbing her eyes when she is approached. Slightly irritated by the approaching figure but she remains composed as they say their piece. She says, "I assume that means as soon as possible." She looks around for a bit as she folds her arms over her chest. "Very well, where do I meet him."

"I will show you the way to the Oubliette, where he holds court." The tiredness is noted, but not commented to - being a night monster means spending a lot of time with sleepy warm-bloods. Motioning to a nearby vehicle - a boring, typical car. Beige-ish, four doors, the sort of car the eye skims right over. "We have to go to the west side, it would not be much of a nap, but you could, if you;d like." she offers, beckoning him to follow as she starts towards the car.

Raven nods to the mysterious individual. "I'll sleep when I'm dead." She smiles as she approaches the vehicle before stopping to look at the robed woman, "No pun intended." She then enters the vehicle

Laughing, the woman slips into the driver's side, having to squirm and twist around to sit funnily. "No rest for the wicked." Comes the dry reply.

The drive across the city is unremarkable. The woman proving a moderate driver. Parking down a dark alleyway, it's a small jaunt to the back of an abandoned office, and down into the labyrinth of the old sewers. A twisting trek from there to the Oubliette is had. And upon reaching the heavy door, the woman opens it and motions.

Within, there is just Tillo, his throne, and the leaning scythe that rests against the throne. And the feel of that insatiable hunger roiling off of him.

Raven nods to the robed woman as she walks into the room with the scary monster. She looks around for a bit before saying, "Evening, Tillo? Or is it just prince?" She looks towards all the chairs and tables but remains standing as she also says, "I was told you summoned me for some business. I figure you got alot on your plate so we can get right to it then."

The gaunt man looks up from his thoughts to study the woman in front of him. "Indeed. Prince Tillo is preferred, though I am not -your- Prince, and I imagine the etiquette among the wolves is different." He rises with a steady slowness to his full height, nearly seven feet of skeletal hunger. "Tell me what you know of the wolf named John."

Raven crosses her arms over her chest, "Normally my people are more crass when it comes to conversation with others besides our own kind. At least in my experience. As for John, I don't know much about him. I have only been in Chicago for a month now. I know he tries to be kind to the less forunate and help them if he can. But he is also not one to shy from a fight. Though you probaly already know that about the wolves."

"And the Community Center? Come, now. Surely he has friends and family..." Tillo has a way of speaking that draws out some syllables, stretching them to almost leonine quality.

"Does he plan to claim the area around the Center as his own?"

Raven says to Tillo, "If he has friends or family he has not spoken of any to me. For claiming territory I imagine, he will in the future. Although he won't be alone, I also stay at the community center and help when I can."

The answers seem to satisfy, and he changes direction with them. "Does he strike you as being *capable*? is he *strong*?" Tillo asks, unblinking gaze focused on the tall, rough looking woman.

Raven says, "Well we got to see each others skills in battle first hand when we went with a group to deal with the ooze that was attacking the bird sanctuary. So yes, I would say he is strong, I'm no slouch either."

This, too, seems to be given consideration. "And you trust him to follow him into battle?" This seems to carry more weight. not just to the things that anchor the man, or his skill, but to the loyalty of those around him. New Content

Raven looks into the dead ass eyes of the Death guy, "I trust him enough to call him my packmate. I will gladly charge into battle with him."

The silence reigns once more, the Prince not bothering to make the motions to feign life. It's unsettling, perhaps, how dead and still he is before he nods and makes a motion of dismissal with his hand. "Thank you for your time, and your honesty."

Raven nods and puts her arms down to her sides. The smells before hadn't gotten to her but the silence made her remember where she is at again. She says, "No problem, I prefer to do things straight forward. Keeps things easier in my life." She ponders for a moment before asking, "Was there other business that needed to be discussed? Not that your keeping me from anything important at the moment, don't get me wrong."

"That was all." Tillo says, lips twitching into the most tiny of smiles.

"I like to know about the people that are in my debt. Have a good evening, Miss. I wish you luck for the future."

Raven returns an uncomfortable kinda smile, talking to a corpse was not what she thought she would be doing in life at this point. "Thanks, good luck with..whatever it is you do. I know you got a city to run so I won't keep you any longer then." She turns after giving another quick glance of her surroundings and exits through the door.

The robed woman is there, ready to guide Raven back up through the old, crumbling tunnels to the car. Apparently instructed to make sure the wolf gets back home without trouble.
