A young 20 something man with long blonde hair that hangs down to his shoulders. His face is pale, not unattractive but with very stern features. He has an angular jaw, a dimpled chin and thin hollow cheeks. His dark blue eyes are almost permanently fixed in an aloof gaze, set above his aristocratic nose. He seems to regarde himself very highly. The young man's build is slender with nary a hint of muscle or fat anywhere on his 5'10 frame. His manner of dress is as aloof as the rest of him. He wears a blue three piece suit from Giorgio Armani. The midnight blue satin finished jacket is pulled loosely over a matching blue vest. Beneath that layer is a darker blue dress shirt with a chinese collar. The pants are also of the same dark blue color as the dress shirt, and a pair of black, handmade, Italian leather dress shoes adorn his feet. Recently arrived from the Czech Republic, Casimir is just settling down somewhere on the North Side.
