Building

There's no hard and fast 'rules' regarding having a building or pitching hangouts for the grid. The book says that your resources are what is 'left over' after living expenses. You can be a pauper with a mansion and house servants, or someone living in a run down one room hovel in a 'should be condemned' apartment building with millions stashed away, or anything in between.

What this means is, basically: ask for what suits your PC.

How the asking goes:

A +request that includes the following:

District
Neighborhood
Name of the build and rooms, and some idea of how they fit together.

Example: Tollhouse - living room, upstairs. Bedroom off the upstairs. This tells me it's a 3 room build and where the rooms attach to each other. It doesn't have to complicated.

Then I go and @dig the shell out, and note the job. You can go and do the descing. Once the descing is done, I can zip through and put the flags on it for +where, and @chown it back to Digger.

We DO have places code (+help places) and notes and views (+help notes) that can be set.
