Rose is the oldest of the three Gale sisters, a magical family that founded TRIAS society along with the other two familes involved. She was taught how to use her magic and witchcraft from a young age, and has developed a decent talent for clairvoyance and scrying, techniquies to uncover people's secrets.
Rose has watched so many people in her family disappear. From her grandfather Gideon Gale who vanished mysteriously. Her mother, Eleanor who without warning or logic vanished, only to write that she'd left the country to be with a new lover. Most of her life was spent with her father and his deteriorating mental state, until recently in 2022 he too has vanished from Chicago.
Now Rose is quietly convinced that somehow she's going to be the next Gale to randomly vanish.
Freckle-faced, tall at five-nine and with a willowy long-legged body, she has thick wavy light auburn hair that shimmers with bronze and copper highlights. She usually keeps it left loose, simply parted in the middle with a wind tousled, finger combed casual negligence.
Rose's face is bold and angular with wide cheekbones, determined jaw, dark and straight brows, elegant nose and finely shaped lips. But it's her eyes that steal the show, heavily lashed and fox-slanted, with large irises a spectacular pale bluish grey-green circled in black. They are moody eyes, shifting almost like opals depending on everything from her emotions to the weather.
Her preferred fashion is wispy, floaty, romantic vintage stuff ranging from victorian to hippie. Today's outfit consists of lace up black boots, a long dark chocolate brown velvet skirt over cobwebby leggings, and a crocheted moss green cardigan with wooden buttons over a black silk blouse. When outside she adds a long grey wool peacoat and a foggy blue vintage cashmere scarf.

- Dear Ol' Dad: After her father Ralston Gale's mysterious disappearance, numerous people have approached the Gale estates looking to settle debts owed by him or to him, and then it is up to his daughters to figure out what to do about the situation. Ralston was an international traveller, so you wouldn't even have to be from Chicago for him to have popped in and out of the life of you or your family or friends.
