Tentative Ideas:
All vamps get a free dot in their cov/clan/praxis (CCP from here out for sanity)
Covenant and Praxis status can be bought, up to 5 total dots. If you have in-cov 3, you can only ever have 2 dots of out of cov status. The coin cost represents doing tasks for the Praxis/Covenant that you wish to gain status in. Staff is happy to run scenes for earning coins to go towards Status raises.
