Description DESCRIPTION HERE History Remember the nineties? When coke was the drug of choice before the kids came along with their Molly? He was the guy driving the cars hauling that precious cargo around. Heists, deliveries, deals. That was his bread and butter until he became too useful and ended up dead - in a good way. Seen as one that might be saved from destroying the herd around him, Raul was uplifted by his Sire. When the city split into different Praxes a decade later, he played Sheriff to the Prince of the time, tempering the leader's haste in dealing with the mortals, and eventually taking the throne in 2005. He chases the dream of cleaning the city up, hunting only the violent offenders and rebuilding the crumbling communities. Good thing he has forever to do it.
