Roseland was once a small Dutch settlement, but now has lost almost all of its previous simple agrarian roots as the sprawl of buildings ranging from 60's-90's aesthetics dot the area. Older churches dot the landscape, but mostly, it's filled with abandoned homes and crime. plywood covers windows on homes that were once considered simple, but now are more accurately considered condemned.
