Background
Born in the City of Sin, in 1910, Kumanhi Bellecourt led a cloistered life. He was the twin child of a bootlegging empire, rarely had a chance to leave his father's sphere of influence, and was raised to be a copy of his tyrannical, narcissistic father. Fate had other plans for the Bellecourt twins, but his upbringing still left it's scars. Him and his sister were Embraced in tragedy on Halloween, in 1928, and their sire, their own mother in mortal life, was executed the same night. Lost and subsequently persecuted by the Praxis of Las Vegas, the were driven underground to find shelter with monsters greater than they had ever previously imagined, and grew monstrous to survive. Eighty something years of living in sewers, hiding among pockets of mortal life, their talent for creation and manipulation won them some respect and temporary reprieve with the Circle of the Crone. Still, tragedy followed. Once their city became too unstable, they traveled to Chicago seeking shelter beneath the wings of a stable Prince, and instead they find a city divided in three, eaten alive by internal conflict, threatened by external forces, with a wound in the very heart of it. Too many signs have convinced Kumanhi this city is a grand labyrinth to test them, and he bullishly refuses to fail.

The Killers ~ All These Things That I've Done
- When there's nowhere else to run
- Is there room for one more son?
- One more son
- If you can hold on
- If you can hold on, hold on
- I wanna stand up, I wanna let go
- You know, you know, no you don't, you don't
- I wanna shine on, in the hearts of men
- I want a meaning from the back of my broken hand
