Description
Morgan Park is almost supernaturally quiet. It's on the edge of the city, and was originally founded by horse thieves, but now is a place of quiet and peace. Sure, there are murders here and there's a bit of crime, but it's relatively low and somehow kept out of the news most times.
There's not a lot outside beds and breakfasts, some decent restaurants, and a few tourist shops and the residents seem determined to keep it that way despite the growing problems of unemployment and faltering business.
